As glad as I am that Ryan Clark was re-signed and Antwan Randel-El and Larry Foote have come back home, I have been filled with a nagging feeling of yucky-ness. And after seeing the look in Coach Tomlin’s eyes last Saturday night as he delivered the lines below I think that the Rooney’s may be more committed to the Big Unthinkable than opposed to it. Bye, Bye “Fast” Willie, “Smackdown” Ryan & “Ironman” Townsand.

steelerguy26 In honor of what is very likely their last few hours as Steelers (officially), a YouTube retrospective on Fast Willie Parker, Deshea Townsend and Ryan Clark.
“Fast” Willie Paker: Below is a six-minute clip highlighting nearly every big run he had with the Steelers. The music is a bit melodramatic, but worth it for the payoff [...]
So you want to coach the Pittsburgh Steelers? Welcome to hell Mike Tomlin!
December 7th, 2009
steelerguy26 Crazy title I know but the meaning reigns true. I have been reading other blogs and Steelers news across the net today and the one theme I am finding after the Pittsburgh Steelers colossal collapes the last four weeks is that Mike Tomlin should be fired, that the team that has been one of the best the last 20 years should just panic and go against what makes them so great. May 1st, 2009
steelerguy26 Troy Polamalu does not believe in the Madden jinx. In fact, he does not much believe in the Madden game; at least not as far as playing it.
Harrison signs then what?
April 12th, 2009
steelerguy26 Rumor around Pittsburgh is that James Harrison is about to get paid. An announcement could come as early as Monday or Tuesday about his new contract that will more then likely keep him a Steeler until he retires. Once the Harrison deal is in the books, then what?

There’s a move under way to rebuild the Super Bowl XLIII champion Steelers.
In another year, you may not be able to tell the players without a scorecard.
Twelve starters are entering the final year of their contracts, led by two-time Pro Bowl linebacker James Harrison, who is expected to sign [...]
