Mike Wallace is another brilliant pick by the Steelers. He wasn't on my radar at all. When I went back to look at his combine, I think I must have been going to the fridge for a cold one each time he came on. Great speed, good hands and a developing route runner. And now he is at Ward-Holmes U. These guys are going to love him and are probably already coaching him up.

On that note, the best thing that could have happened to San was getting busted. I imagine Tomlin taking him down to the bowels of Hines Field and showing him pictures of Cedric Wilson, Plax and Ricky Williams. "Does the CFL appeal to you? It's very cold and there are a lot of trees." The post stoner San is a different player, the Steelers premier receiver who will pull most of the double teams, which I think Hines will have a field day with on opponents. You can't get enough of that smile.

Limas I think will have a turn around season. I read some quotes of his that made me think he was thinking and that is not good for a receiver. You run. You catch. You run some more. Sometime it rains. Sometimes it snows. The wind does weird crap. That is all you need to think about. He catches all the difficult passes when he has to twist and turn, sooner or later he has to catch the passes that hit him in stride in his hands. Or maybe Ben needs to make all of his passes to Sweed difficult so Limas can catch them.

Shaun McDonald is another Steeler move that nobody else in the NFL saw coming. One of the things I love about the Steelers is they find under used talent and say "Hey Mom, I found this neglected under used talent can I keep it?" And then they set about changing that players life. Shaun was in Quarterback hell and is now in heaven. I hope he sticks and goes from a 10-11 yard possession receiver to a 12-13 yard possession receiver.

And Arians!!!! Let's get Dixon in the passing game as a Slash. Let's get Dixon on the field. He said in his post draft interview that though he eventually would like to be an NFL Quarterback he would be a receiver, a special teams player, would do anything to contribute. The Wild-Slash. Oh, I like it. Remember, I came up with it first.
