Thanks for the props on the site bro. Also thanks for taking the time to get involved. We need more supporters like you to get us going as we are only 2 months old at Pittsburgh Blitz.

I am with you bro. This could be one of the best groups of HB's ever assembled. We have 3 possible starters in Willie, Mendy and Moore and Tank has the potential to be another Bettis type back.

I agree totally that I want to see Parker retire a Steeler but with this day and age of free agency and the Steelers cap situation as it stands I am not sure I see it happening.

Willie will have to take a home town discount to get resigned in my opninion. Hate to say it but thats just today's NFL.

Excuse me on my earlier post, the "J-Train" hit the Sherman Wall in his Senior year.

This website is awesome. And I agree Steelerguy26. I am excited about what Rashard can do. He had some really strong runs between the tackles last year. And the Steelers know runners.

We have a potentially great group of Running Backs this year and I hope they all get a chance to contribute.

And I hope Willy stays a lifetime Steeler. He's not really built to be an every down back and maybe if the Steelers have the talent that I think they do, they may have (with the OL's help) a few 300 to 500 to 700 yard runners instead of one 1,200 yard runner. Although a 1,200 yard runner on top of the other guys wouldn't be bad either, but Ben has to earn his money too. Right?

As much as I like Frank myself I am more excited about seeing what Mendy can do. He is the teams future and we need to see that he can handle it asap. I like his ability to be an everydown back as well.

We just need to see him do it and stay healthy at the same time. Willy could be in his last season and its Mendenhalls time to step it up.

Tank will be awesome when he does play though. His short yardage & goaline abilities will make a big difference for our offense.

Yeah, I'm in the Frank "The Tank" tank. Great burst runner with quick feet and fast lateral slide through the line. He loves to hit at the end of his run and often takes two to three tacklers a couple yards with him before he goes down.

The guy I loved early was Javorskie Lane who up until his junior year looked like the next "Bus". Mike "I don't know what to do with talent" Sherman converted him from a 1000+ yard runner that could catch out of the backfield and throw like a backup Quarterback to a depressed and demoralized blocking back that actually cried in frustration on the sideline when he wasn't permitted to run one yard for a first down which could have done in game loss. I think The Tank" will be great, but the fall of the Night Train was painful to watch.

And yeah The Tank reminds me of Jones-Drew with a bad attitude.

Go Stillers!

I really like Mendenhall and think he is the Steelers future. Parker is probably in his last season because they have Mendenhall and his contract is almost up.
