Thanks for not pointing out all my proofreading mistakes in a west coast after midnight too many beers posting.

Ramon Foster seems like a Steeler. Tough Guy. Breaks a thumb before a game and plays that game and the one after. Another character guy. Hopefully he will make the team and get some time somewhere down the line.

The Steelers staff think A.Q. is the next Mike Webster. We can only hope that, without the head injuries of course. A mighty toll on M.W. over the years. A true Steeler and fallen warrior.

I hope we can get a lot of yardage between the tackles with Chris K. and Kraig U. blowing people off the line of scrimmage. Chris K's big problem is not run blocking, but the fact that he blocks like he's run blocking when he's pass blocking. He blows people off the line, gets out of position and rushers shoot the gap on him. Max and Justin took a lot of undeserved sack knocks because Chris was not there to help out.

The Steelers pass blocking was so horrible last year I couldn't tell if they were zone blocking or man to man. Whoever is the Offensive Line Coach is too nice a guy and Tomlin and Arians should be all over him to improve the teams weakest point. Let's hope it comes together this season.

Go Stillers!

Hey Pitt-Blitz,

Nice analysis, but you need to proof read before you post. If you look this over again the slips will jump out at you.

On the analysis end the three things that you that jump out at you about the rookies, they are all character guys that are very strong and very tough. Offensive lines are the strangest things. Although there are five of them out there one change can make the difference of how they play as a unit. I do wish the Steelers would have got one of the OT's in this deep draft early on, but I thought draft was great and think the Steelers will give all these guys a chance to stick.

If Urbik's run blocking translates he could be a starter or get a lot of time as a #2 guard.
